The group members are greeted at the airport and transferred by VIP service to their hotel, early arrivals have the possibility to join a half-day city tour in the afternoon. In the late afternoon the group meets for welcome cocktails and a kickoff to their event. Afterwards a welcome dinner will be served in the hotel.

Early in the morning the group will be transferred in their private coach to flamenco marina where they board a boat for a partial northbound transit. Champagne breakfast will be served buffet style on board. During the transit the Panama Canal can be viewed and easy teambuilding activities can take place during the trip. After disembarking the coach will wait to take the group to fort San Lorenzo where a sumptuous picnic lunch will be served among the ruins and team activities can take place. Return to the City will be by means of the scenic Panama Railroad, drinks and light snacks will be served on board. Dinner will be at the Hotel.

The morning will be dedicated to meetings at the hotels excellent facilities. Afterwards, participants will enjoy a traditional Panamanian meal and folkloric dance show. In the afternoon dance classes will be offered to teach the group the traditional dance style. Dinner will be served at Panama’s famous Tantalo Restaurant, afterwards cocktails will be served on the rooftop. From there a traditional brightly colored city bus (Diablo Rojo) will take the group on an open-bar ride around Panama City.

In the morning the group will prepare for a special local adventure: A visit to the public market. At the market there will be the opportunity to ample local fruits and the ingredients for lunch will be purchased. In small groups the participants have to find the ingredients for the part of the dish they are responsible for. Afterwards each group prepares their dish under the supervision of their training chef. The group then enjoys the self-prepared lunch. VIP transfer out to airport in the afternoon.
